About us

Co-founded in 2001 by Sammy Graham & Stephanie Graham; together they bring a wealth of construction industry knowledge from planning and design to project management and whole-building construction.  Stephanie is a UCF graduate and third generation Building Contractor with a background in project management, sports industry sales, government procurement, and business & financial management.  Sammy began his career as a race car driver then switched gears into construction, managing project quality control, and proceeding to wood floor specialist and sports equipment design/installations. 

 

What sets us apart?  Our background in general building construction combined with significant experience in gymnasium floor installation, project management, job site supervision and quality control.  Our team takes a proactive approach when assisting clients with their projects.  We strive for perfection on each project and look to develop long-term client relationships, focused on helping customers procure the right product/service at the right price.
